Take a deep breath
Neyvaa, “breath” in Dhivehi language, is the core element of our project. It’s the link between each of the experiences we invite you to discover during your stay.
Neyvaa is focused on an eco oriented, sustainable and conscious travel. The oxygen that we breath and which allow us to enjoy theses experiences is produced by the coral reefs and the green jungle around our location.
We hope that by sharing our unique place and our knowledge, we will motivate our guests to care and protect this fragile environment we are so lucky to witness.
Location
A home away from home
Located in Vaavu, which is the name of a heart shaped atoll, just 1.5 hour via speedboat from the airport in the capital. Uniqueness of our island lies in the abundance of greenery thanks to the preserved jungle, surrounded by the long bikini beach and the healthy coral reefs.
Thinadhoo has a different vibe than any other island, due to its own policy aimed to preserve it’s tranquility and minimize anthropogenic footprint. There are no cars or motorbikes allowed, and the height of buildings is set to a max. of three floors.
Our venue is located in the middle of the jungle, just a few steps from the beach.
