Neyvaa require 50% payment to confirm the booking and 100% payment must be credited in the Neyvaa bank account up to 30 days before arrival or booking can be cancelled.
For bookings confirmed less than 31 days before arrival, Neyvaa will send invoice immediately and 100% of the payment must be credited in the Neyvaa bank account up to 15 days before arrival, or booking can be cancelled.
For bookings confirmed less than 10 days before arrival, the Neyvaa will send invoice immediately and 100% of the payment must be credited in the Neyvaa bank account up to 5 days before arrival, or booking can be cancelled.
Kindly be advised that failure in processing the advanced payment within 5 days of receiving booking confirmation will result in the automatic cancellation of the reservation
Remittances from outside Maldives subject to bank charges are to be covered by the sender, including the processing charges of the banks.
In case of cancellation of the acommodation less than 21 days before arrival, Neyvaa can retain 50% of the payment. In case of cancellation less than 9 days before arrival, Neyvaa can retain 100% of the payment.
In case of cancellation of the agreed event or rent of the whole venue less than 21 days before arrival, Neyvaa can retain 70% of the payment. In case of cancellation less than 9 days before arrival, Neyvaa can retain 100% of the payment.
However, in case of cancellation due to travel impossibility, Neyvaa will accept a change in the booking for a later date with no penalty, for a period of 6 months. The price may need to be adjusted if in a different season.
All extra services (such as transfer, activities, excursions, bar & restaurant, etc.) are charged continuously during the stay or at the end during check-out. Prices are published in the price list at the Neyvaa reception.
The prices include Good and Service Tax (GST) which is for tourism sector 16%.Please note that Green Tax (GT) of USD 3.00 and Vaavu Thinadhoo Municipality Tax (VTM) USD 1.00 per person per night (applied to all foreign guests of any age) will be charged on top of the room rate.
